About

Marc has over 20 years of intellectual property experience which has focused on patent and trademark prosecution. During his career, he has represented numerous leading biotech companies including Genentech, Inc., Illumina, Inc., Ashland Inc., and Salk Institute for Biological Sciences. Previously, Marc was the managing partner of Intellectual Property at Achtel Law Firm, APC, and an associate at Knobbe, Martens, Olson, and Bear, LLP. During law school, Marc externed for the honorable Napoleon Jones in the Southern District of California.
